Italian Dinner
During my childhood, my family cooked a lot of Italian food at home. Later on, my mother and Morris established a restaurant called Toppolino in the Mahane Yehuda market in Jerusalem. This is where I gained in making pizzas, preparing salads, and cooking pasta. However, what I found most enjoyable was folding ravioli for hours on end, as it had a meditative calming effect on me
